Virtual sessions that take one recognisable human experience and explore what may be happening underneath it. Easy to fit into the working day, and they reach people across teams, locations and roles.
Each session starts with something people recognise and gives them enough understanding to begin making sense of it. Jules combines explanation, stories, interaction and practical experiment. Participants are encouraged to notice rather than diagnose, and to try something useful in real life.
The intention is that people leave thinking “ooh, that’s me”, then “ohhh, that’s why”, and finally “right, what can I do with that?”
They work equally well as Lunch ’n’ Learns, CPD sessions, wellbeing initiatives and organisation-wide learning. Commission one around a particular need, or run a series that builds shared language across the year.
We use “stressed” to describe everything from pressure and frustration to worry, overload and exhaustion. Participants get a practical framework for decoding what may be sitting underneath the label.
Stress awareness · Employee wellbeing · High-pressure teamsWe can feel anxious about feeling anxious, or annoyed with ourselves for reacting. The original experience is still there, and now there is another reaction on top of it.
Mental health · Emotional wellbeing · ResilienceA difficult conversation or a relentless day can still be occupying the human system long after the demand has passed. Practical ways to create a clearer transition.
Work-life balance · Hybrid working · High-pressure rolesThe difference between having time away from an experience and having had the opportunity to process it. Something that happened on Tuesday can still be occupying you on Saturday.
Burnout prevention · Sustainable performance · Workplace stressWe don’t begin every day with the same capacity available. Some of it is already spoken for. A more realistic way to think about what people actually have to give.
Overwhelm & workload · People managers · Organisational changeWe snap, shut down, avoid, or agree when we wanted to say no. What influences our reactions before conscious thought has had much chance to get involved.
Self-awareness · Emotional intelligence · CommunicationEasy to read as a problem with motivation or discipline. Usually it is not. What sits underneath avoidance, delay and not getting started.
Personal effectiveness · Motivation · Behaviour changePromotion brings responsibility, growth brings complexity, visibility brings expectation. An introduction to Success Capacity.
Emerging leaders · Talent development · Business growthThere is a Human Operating System on both sides of every conversation. What we mean, what we say and what somebody hears are not always the same thing.
Communication · Team development · Workplace relationshipsSomeone can be capable, experienced and successful and still question whether they are good enough. Achievements accumulate while confidence trails behind.
Confidence & self-belief · Career development · Emerging leadersAny of these can be developed into a half-day or full-day workshop where you want more space to explore it.
Stress Awareness Month, Mental Health Awareness Week, International Women’s Day, World Wellbeing Week. Rather than another isolated awareness day, individual sessions can connect into something that builds across the year.
